Walnut Hills Open House

Come tour several levels of care on our beautiful 110 acre campus. Enter for a chance to win one of several $50 gift cards from local Amish Country businesses.
Tours will be available at our Independent Living homes at The Commons and The Meadows, Assisted Living Facility and our new Transitional Care Unit.
